حذف حسابك في إبداعي برو
الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. إن أردت الاحتفاظ بنسخة من عملك، نزّل نسخة احتياطية أولًا من الإعدادات.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق
- افتح التطبيق ثم الإعدادات.
- اضغط «حذف الحساب»، ثم «أرسل رمز التأكيد إلى جوالي».
- اكتب رمز التحقق الذي وصلك، ثم اكتب كلمة حذف.
- اضغط «احذف حسابي نهائيًا».
الطريقة الثانية: لا تستطيع فتح التطبيق؟
راسلنا واذكر رقم جوال الحساب. نتحقق من ملكيتك للرقم ثم نحذف الحساب خلال سبعة أيام عمل.

إن لم يفتح زر تطبيق البريد شيئًا فجهازك بلا تطبيق بريد افتراضي؛ استعمل Gmail أو انسخ العنوان.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك وبيانات دخولك.
- فصولك وأسماء طلابك وحضورهم ورصدهم ودرجاتهم وملاحظاتك.
- شواهد ملف الإنجاز والتقارير والجدول والمهام.
ما الذي يبقى
- سجلات تشغيل فنية مجهّلة الهوية لا تحوي بيانات شخصية.
- النسخ الاحتياطية الدورية للخادم تزول تلقائيًا ضمن دورة الاحتفاظ بها.

Delete your Ebdaai Pro account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To keep a copy of your work, download a backup from Settings first.
Option 1: inside the app
- Open the app, then Settings.
- Tap “Delete account”, then “Send the confirmation code to my mobile”.
- Enter the verification code you receive, then type the word حذف.
- Tap “Delete my account permanently”.
Option 2: cannot open the app?
Email us with your account mobile number. We verify that you own the number, then delete the account within seven business days.

If “Open mail app” does nothing, your device has no default mail app; use Gmail or copy the address.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in data.
- Your classes, student names, attendance, marks, grades and notes.
- Portfolio evidence, reports, timetable and tasks.
What is kept
- De-identified technical diagnostics containing no personal data.
- Routine server backups age out automatically within their retention cycle.
