سياسة الخصوصية
إبداعي برو تطبيق إدارة صفية للمعلم، تقدّمه إبداع ستيم التعليمي. نحترم خصوصيتك وخصوصية طلابك، وهذه السياسة تشرح ما نجمعه ولماذا وكيف تتحكم فيه.
لا إعلانات في التطبيق، ولا أدوات تتبع إعلاني، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
ما نجمعه
- بيانات حسابك: رقم جوالك للدخول برمز تحقق يصلك برسالة نصية، واسمك واسم مدرستك وإدارتك التعليمية إن أدخلتها. وإن اخترت الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google فيصلنا معرّف الحساب وبريده فقط.
- بيانات عملك التي تدخلها أنت: فصولك، وأسماء طلابك، وحضورهم، ورصد المتابعة والسلوك، ودرجاتهم، وملاحظاتك، وجدولك ومهامك، وشواهد ملف إنجازك وتقاريرك، وأرقام جوالات أولياء الأمور إن أضفتها.
- سجلات تشغيل فنية: أحداث استخدام مختصرة (مثل «فُتح استوديو الاختبار» أو «تعذر الحفظ») مع نوع الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق، لتشخيص الأعطال وتحسين الخدمة. لا تحتوي أسماء طلاب ولا درجاتهم.
ما لا نجمعه
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصال جهازك، ولا بيانات دفع داخل هذا التطبيق.
أين تُحفظ بياناتك
تُحفظ على جهازك أولًا، وتُزامَن عبر اتصال مشفّر مع خوادم سحابية ليعود عملك كما هو على أي جهاز تدخل منه. بيانات فصولك لا يصل إليها إلا أنت بحسابك.
الميكروفون والكاميرا والصور
- يُطلب الميكروفون فقط حين تستعمل ميزة «اطلب» الصوتية. يتحول الصوت إلى نص عبر خدمة التعرف على الكلام التابعة لمتصفحك أو نظام جهازك، وقد تعالجه تلك الخدمة على خوادم مزوّدها. لا يصل إلى خوادمنا أي تسجيل صوتي ولا نحفظه.
- تُطلب الكاميرا أو الصور فقط حين تختار استيراد أسماء الطلاب من صورة كشف. تُرسل الصورة عبر اتصال مشفّر إلى خوادمنا، ثم إلى خدمة معالجة آلية بالذكاء الاصطناعي لاستخراج الأسماء فقط، ولا نحفظ الصورة بعد إرجاع النتيجة. والأمر نفسه لنصوص التحضير التي تطلب توليدها. وحين تصوّر ورقة إجابة لتصحيحها، تُرسل الصورة بالطريقة نفسها لقراءتها واقتراح الدرجة، ولا نحفظها بعد إرجاع النتيجة، ولا نرسل معها اسم الطالب.
منصة مدرستي
إن استعملت ميزة التحضير، يعمل التطبيق بحسابك أنت على منصة مدرستي الرسمية وبموافقتك، داخل نافذة المنصة نفسها. لا نحفظ اسم مستخدمك ولا كلمة مرورك في مدرستي.
بيانات الطلاب
التطبيق موجّه للمعلمين، ولا يستعمله الطلاب ولا ينشئون فيه حسابات. أنت المتحكم في بيانات طلابك بصفتك معلمهم، ونحن نعالجها لحسابك فقط لتشغيل التطبيق، ولا نستعملها لأي غرض آخر.
الرسائل
نرسل إلى جوالك رمز التحقق فقط عبر مزوّد رسائل نصية. رسائل أولياء الأمور ترسلها أنت بنفسك من تطبيق واتساب على جهازك؛ التطبيق يجهّز النص فقط ولا يرسل شيئًا نيابة عنك.
من يعالج البيانات معنا
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: استضافة سحابية لقاعدة البيانات، ومزوّد رسائل نصية لرمز التحقق، وخدمة معالجة آلية بالذكاء الاصطناعي لاستخراج الأسماء من الصورة وقراءة أوراق الإجابة وتوليد نصوص التحضير عند طلبك. لا يحق لأي منهم استعمال بياناتك لغير تقديم الخدمة.
حقوقك
- نسخة من بياناتك: من الإعدادات ‹ «نزّل نسخة احتياطية».
- التصحيح: تعدّل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
- الحذف النهائي: من الإعدادات ‹ «حذف الحساب»، أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.
- الاعتراض أو الاستفسار: راسلنا على order@abdasteam.sa.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى بياناتك ما بقي حسابك. عند حذف الحساب تُزال فورًا من الخدمة الحية، وتزول من النسخ الاحتياطية الدورية تلقائيًا ضمن دورة الاحتفاظ بها. سجلات التشغيل الفنية تُجهَّل هويتها عند حذف الحساب.
الأمان
الاتصال مشفّر، والدخول برمز تحقق يصل إلى جوالك، وعدد محاولات الرمز محدود، وحذف الحساب لا يتم إلا برمز تحقق إضافي.
تغييرات السياسة
إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييرًا جوهريًا نحدّث تاريخها أعلاه ونبلغك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy
Ebdaai Pro is a classroom-management app for teachers, provided by Abda STEAM Educational (إبداع ستيم التعليمي). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.
No ads, no advertising trackers. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
What we collect
- Account data: your mobile number (sign-in with an SMS verification code), and your name, school and education office if you enter them. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive only the account identifier and its email.
- Content you enter: classes, student names, attendance, follow-up and behaviour marks, grades, notes, timetable and tasks, portfolio evidence and reports, and parents' mobile numbers if you add them.
- Technical diagnostics: short usage events (e.g. “exam studio opened”, “save failed”) with device type and app version, to diagnose faults. They contain no student names or grades.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your location, your device contacts, or payment data in this app.
Where data is stored
On your device first, synced over an encrypted connection to cloud servers so your work follows you to any device. Only you, signed in to your account, can access your class data.
Microphone, camera and photos
- The microphone is requested only when you use the voice “Ask” feature. Speech is converted to text by your browser's or operating system's speech-recognition service, which may process it on its provider's servers. No audio reaches our servers and we store none.
- The camera or photos are requested only when you import student names from a photo of a class list. The image is sent over an encrypted connection to our servers and then to an automated AI processing service solely to extract the names; we do not keep the image after the result is returned. The same applies to lesson-preparation text you ask the app to generate.
Madrasati platform
If you use the lesson-preparation feature, the app works with your own account on the official Madrasati platform, with your consent, inside the platform's own window. We never store your Madrasati username or password.
Student data
The app is intended for teachers. Students do not use it and do not create accounts. You control your students' data as their teacher; we process it on your behalf only to run the app.
Messages
We send only the verification code to your mobile via an SMS provider. Messages to parents are sent by you from WhatsApp on your own device; the app only prepares the text.
Service providers
We use providers only to operate the app: cloud database hosting, an SMS provider for the verification code, and an automated AI processing service for name extraction and lesson-text generation at your request. None may use your data for anything other than providing the service.
Your rights
- Copy of your data: Settings › “Download a backup”.
- Correction: edit your data at any time inside the app.
- Permanent deletion: Settings › “Delete account”, or the account deletion page.
- Objection or questions: order@abdasteam.sa.
Retention
Your data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed immediately from the live service and ages out of routine backups automatically within their retention cycle. Technical diagnostics are de-identified on deletion.
Security
Connections are encrypted, sign-in uses a code sent to your mobile, code attempts are limited, and account deletion requires an additional verification code.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify you inside the app.
